Leap Movie Private Showing License

Host a Screening of Leap! the movie.

If you would like to show the movie to your group, you may purchase a "Public Viewing Site License."

You can use this movie event as a fundraising opportunity for your organization, church or local cause.

Leap! offers a unique opportunity in which the Screening Host (you) and Leap! split the ticket revenue proceeds 50/50.

The initial cost to host an event is $100.00 for a Public Viewing Site License. (This is refunded before we split the proceeds)

You will receive a "Public Viewing Copy" of the DVD for screening plus $150.00 in FREE Leap! DVD's to sell and earn extra revenue. (You keep all this profit) You may purchase additional bulk copies of the movie at a substantially discounted rate to sell at your event and earn even more profits.

Your event will be listed on our web site if you are having a public screening and wish to invite others to join you.

We will have several hosting/marketing resources to support you in promoting the screenings.

Why Do I Need a Site License to Host a Group Screening?

The filmmakers spent over $100,000 to create Leap! A lot of time, energy and money went into making this film.

Screening events allow the film makers to recoup their costs which will then be reinvested in future films, such as their next release, Handshake: The Integrity Movie.

Illegally showing Leap! dishonors their work, YOUR INTEGRITY and what they are trying to promote in the world.

The process to complete your contract agreement and receive the necessary material for your screening is simple.

Email / Fax Submission:

Step 1: Save this word document to your computer before filling out.
Step 2: Contact Info – fill in the form.
Step 3: Check off each item on the contract to show you agree and understand all the requirements.
Step 4: Complete your venue information. This is the information regarding where you will be showing the movie. Final approval cannot be given without all your information.
Step 5: Select the dates you wish to show Leap!. (Up to 5 shows within 2 weeks)
Step 6: Copy the form into an email and return to info@leapventures.com

Step 7: Payment.

Terms

I understand that by purchasing this site license, I can show Leap! the movie up to 5 times at one location within a two week period up until December 31, 2009.
I agree to only show the movie on the dates and times that I list on the dates and location section of this agreement.
I understand there is a license fee of $100 USD payable in advance.
I agree to test the DVD on the equipment that will be used the day of my event at least five days prior to my event. (This will allow us enough time to troubleshoot should there be any issues).
I understand that I can use this movie as a fundraiser for my church or organization.
I understand that the charge on my credit card will appear as Leap Ventures.
I understand that I am responsible for all costs associated with the showing.
I agree to check my event location information for accuracy at http://www.leapmovie.com/leap-movie-locations/ should I choose to list my event and to request any necessary changes by contacting info@leapventures.com
I agree not to make any copies of the DVD whatsoever.
I can expect to receive the DVD package within 1 week prior to my scheduled screening date.
I understand that I can find promotional information as well as a downloadable poster to assist in publicizing my event on the website (www.leapmovie.com) under "Host A Leap! Showing" section.
I understand that there will be no refunds for event cancellations.
I understand that if I do not wish to make an electronic payment or have trouble with Paypal, I can send a money order or check instead for the same amount. The check should be made out to "Leap Movie," and mailed to:

I understand that Leap Movie may have to cease the special screenings for some international countries prior to December 31st pending DVD distribution deals that may prohibit the screenings.
